After dinner, guests can enjoy coffee in the library. They will spend the night in one of the bedrooms overlooking a 1,000-acre park (about 4 sq. Km). The next morning, after breakfast, guests will embark on a private tour of the extensive castle grounds. Before leaving, a "special gift" awaits them from the owners - Lord and Lady Carnarvon. What it is - the ad does not disclose.

Lady Fiona Carnarvon, wife of Earl George Herbert Carnarvon, is listed as the author of the ad. “I am in love with the history and heritage of Highclere Castle and am delighted to be able to share them with those who are also fascinated by the building and its history,” she writes on her profile.

The rental price will be £ 150 ($ 186.4). At the same time, according to the announcement, guests will be deprived of such amenities as Wi-Fi, TV and air conditioning and they will be prohibited from smoking indoors. They will have to show up for cocktails in accordance with a strict dress code.
Guests are not allowed to take pets with them, but there will be nine dogs in the castle. The announcement states that all newspapers must be ironed out. There is only one butler for each person, so guests will have to weigh their desires against their capabilities, Bloomberg notes.

Highclere was built in the 17th century. Since 1679, it has been the family castle of the Carnarvons. During the summer, the castle is open to visitors five days a week. The rest of the time the owners live in it, writes Bloomberg. The area of the castle is 100,000 sq. ft (9,300 sq. m.), there are about 300 rooms. The castle gained wide popularity due to the fact that the TV series "Downton Abbey" was filmed there. The series was filmed from 2010 to 2015 and won 15 Emmy awards. In the near future, a full-length film will be released, which will tell the continuation of the story begun in the series.
