The cheapest houses in the Russian Black Sea resorts are offered to vacationers for rent in Kerch and Tuapse. This is evidenced by the materials of the study "World of Apartments" (available at the disposal of "Lenta.ru").
Tuapse turned out to be the cheapest resort in the Krasnodar Territory in terms of the cost of renting private houses: in the summer of 2019, rates here start from 2.6 thousand rubles per day. Democratic rates are also noted in Novorossiysk and Anapa (respectively, 3.2 and 3.8 thousand rubles per day).

In Crimea, the minimum rental rates are noted in Kerch: you can rent a house here from 2,500 rubles per night. The second and third places in this indicator are occupied by Saki (2.6 thousand) and Simferopol (2.8 thousand). Private houses in Feodosia are rented cheaper than three thousand per night - on average for 2950 rubles.
At the same time, the most expensive private houses in the Kuban are offered for rent in Sochi: the average daily rate here is at the level of 8.5 thousand rubles. In Crimea, Yalta holds the lead in this indicator: private houses in this resort are rented on average for 10 thousand rubles per day.
Analysts of the World of Apartments emphasize that in both Sochi and Yalta, you can find more democratic offers - at a rate of three to 5.5 thousand rubles per day. At the same time, for a company of several people, the costs will be even lower. “If we start not from the total cost of the house, but from the quantitative composition of vacationers, in almost any Russian resort you can find real estate for 1-1.5 thousand per person per day,” explains Pavel Lutsenko, CEO of the company.
The company conducted a similar study at the beginning of the holiday season. Then the first place in terms of cheapness among the resorts of the Krasnodar Territory was also taken by Tuapse, in the Crimea, the leadership went to Koktebel.
